With the concept of overall event design, we coordinate your linens, rentals, flowers and décor as well as work with you to plan the perfect menu.

This is your wedding and we want to reflect that; our goal is to re-create your vision. Together, we will guide and work with you to achieve that. It is important that no detail is left overlooked from bouquets to cocktail napkins.

Our services include catering and everything that is needed to carry that through: serving pieces, offsite kitchen if necessary, staffing, set-up and breakdown, coordinating rentals including tents, chairs, tables, lighting, linens, floral and décor, beach/ceremony décor, arbors, all personal flowers, reception décor, lighting, set up and breakdown and more.

One of the benefits of using Celestine’s for catering and floral design is integrated coordination. As changes happen, there is a ripple effect of adjustments that need to happen and be communicated, from floral, rentals, catering, linens etc. and you will have one person taking care of those adjustments and seeing it through. In turn, making your event come together seamlessly.

To be clear, we are not wedding coordinators. We do work with local coordinators and do recommend their services.
